Future Business Leaders of America Future Business Leaders of America is the co-curricular career and technical student organization for students enrolled in business classes at Port Townsend High School. FBLA’s mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs. Co-curricular activities include career exploration, civic service, economic education, and fostering entrepreneurship. FBLA is dedicated to bridging the gap between school and the workplace. Every program, service and activity is designed to build character, encourage scholarship, and promote competent business leadership. Members have the opportunity to attend regional, state, and national conferences that provide leadership development, problem solving, and knowledge integration workshops and activities. At Port Townsend High School, FBLA meets on Thursdays and Fridays during homeroom. To qualify for membership, students must be currently enrolled in a business class at PTHS. Local, state, and national dues total $15 per member. Students must be dues-paying members to attend regional, state, and national conferences. Click here for photos and more info about FBLA!
