Reading: Analysis of WASL data, particularly for those not meeting standard, creating a consistent assessment profile for each student and concurrent planning at trimesters to support needs identified by assessment, Implement Reading Support Plan at third grade, grade-level group planning and collaboration to assess performance, improve instruction, and to determine instructional priorities, goal setting for student performance, and tracking performance of demographic groups.

Writing: Analysis of WASL data, particularly for those not meeting standard, Utilize Writing GLEs, Grade-level group planning and collaboration to assess performance, improve instruction, and to determine instructional priorities, and Focus on presenting more consistent writing instruction across grade levels as well as 3-5.

Math: Analysis of WASL data, particularly for those not meeting standard, Study refined Math GLEs, Implement new math adoption- Investigations, Grade-level group planning and collaboration to assess performance, improve instruction, and to determine instructional priorities, goal setting for student performance, and tracking performance of demographic groups.

Science: Analysis of WASL data, particularly for those not meeting standard, also examine teacher observations and FOSS Data, Directly teach Inquiry Method, (ID question, design investigation, evaluate) Study like schools with higher performance, plan for more effectively integrating science with math and reading, Grade-level group planning and collaboration to assess performance, improve instruction, and to determine instructional priorities
