Mountain View does the Rhododendron Festival

During Rhody Week Mountain View was honored to welcome a delegation of visitors from Ichikawa Japan. Ichikawa is a Sister City to Port Townsend. Many of our citizens have visited Ichikawa, including our own Fulbright Scholar Ms. Manning

Our guests received friendly greetings and gifts	Students from Ms. Manning's Class hosted a luncheon for our guests
Several translators and others from the Japanese Cultural Center accompanied the Ichikawa Delegation	Icikawa Mayor Mitsuo Ozaki (with briefcase) led the delegation
